Shiv Attends MNPS Study Section in Washington DC

Shiv will be attending the June meeting of the Molecular Neuropharmacology and Signaling Study Section in Arlington, VA.
Shiv Teaches Quantitative Fluorescence Microscopy (GCD 8111*/GCD 5111)
Shiv is currently teaching his annual Quantitative Fluorescence Microscopy course. The course covers the basics of fluorescent microscopy and image analysis in an intensive 3 week class. Find out more about it here.

Shiv and Fred got a reprieve from snowy Minneapolis in sunny Los Angeles while attending the 2019 Molecular Pharmacology Gordon Conference. While there, they each presented a poster, met with collaborators, and generally talked science non-stop!

Shiv Becomes Co-Director of Graduate Studies
Shiv has been given the role of co-director of graduate studies for the Genetics, Cell and Developmental Biology program.
