Anja successfully defends her thesis

Congratulations to Anja after having successfully defended her thesis! Anja has been working very hard with our collaborators at the University of Vermont and the University of Pennsylvania on the effects of myosin binding protein C. You can see more details over on the Talks page.

New rotation student

As fall semester arrives, so does a new batch of graduate students. This year, we're happy to be hosting Edgardo Sanchez Rivas as he works with Keehun Kim in assay development using GPCRs in GPMVs.

Kelly leaves and Nisha arrives

Post-doc Kelly Culhane is leaving our lab to go start a professorship at Lawrence University. While we're sad to see her leave, we're happy that she's found an opportunity to follow her passion for teaching. We're equally happy to announce that new post-doc Nisha Patel has arrived and is ready to get to work!

Lab gets vaccinated against COVID-19

The lab is getting back on its feet after vaccinations have become widely available in Minnesota! Everyone in the lab has been able to get the jab, and we're looking forward to getting closer to normal!
